Dualla

Just read this on Battlestar Wiki and it gave me hope that Ms. Dualla may be our fifth cylon and may explain her lack of screen time in 4.0. Gods I hope she's the 5th, I would love that!

As for Dualla, Taylor claimed that: "I think Dee is someone who wears more of her character on the surface. She’s basically a pretty straightforward, upbeat character, someone who says what’s on her mind and is honest about what she’s feeling. And maybe in the context of the show that makes her a bit less dark and tortured, and perhaps less compelling, than a character such as, say, her romantic nemesis in said polygon: Kara. However, I think we may find that even a personality such as Dee’s has its dark side. ‘Nuff said for now."

Heroes and Ali

So Heroes returns September 22 and I can't wait. A 3 hour season premiere which is frakkin awesome. The only thing that Im worried about though is whether Ali Larter will be back for season 3 but from what I've heard from rumors spreading across the web is that she will be back but not as Nikki. I heard that the explosion kills Nikki for good and another new personality completely takes over. The name of this new personality is supposedly Tracy Strauss. This means Micah's gonna be seriously pissed off but I don't care if she's turns out to be the biggest baddest villain on the show, just as long as Ali returns I'll be more than satisfied. If Ali ever leaves the show then Heroes will get a lot worse for me. I don’t care whether she’s Nikki, Jessica, Gina, or whoever else they come up with, as long I get to keep seeing the amazing and sexy Ali Larter grace my television screen every Monday. I may even stop watching if she leaves. I mean how many times have they killed the ridiculously boring Nathan and had him miracualously come back from the dead. If he can survive a nuclear blast with only the ability to fly, then Nikki/Jessica/Gina/Tracy better be able to survive a little explosion. Ali Larter is by far the best one on the show in my opinion and killing her off would be a crime when there’s still terrible characters with pointless story lines like Monica, Maya, and Nathan (I mean come on, how many times has Nathan almost died, it’s seriously getting old now. Hopefully he’s really dead this time but I doubt it). I beg The Powers That Be not to kill her, EVER. Okay, Im done ranting now…

Revelations and A Final Goodbye

It's been awhile since my last post because of prom, graduation, finals, and all that other fun end of senior year crap. THANK GOD I'm done high school in only four days. It doesn't seem real but of course being the hardcore fanboy that I am, graduating from high school is not the thing I'm the most looking forward to. It is of course, the mid season finale of Battlestar Galactica entitled "Revelations". The name alone gives me chills and from the previews and RDM's comments it's going to be one to remember for a long time to come. It is bittersweet though considering we have to wait until... wait for it... 2009!!!! My Gods that frakin sucks but I have faith in RDM and co. and I know that this final episode will be the perfect mid season finale to a PERFECTLY AMAZING show. I can hardly contain myself, my fanboy brain is about ready to explode.

P.S. I just wanted to say goodbye one last time to the character that miraculously managed to become my favorite the first time she appeared on screen. Here's to Natalie, the sexiest and most amazing cylon or human anywhere in the galaxy. The writers are cruel to toy with my fragile fanboy heart by sparing your life after that bastard Cavel attempted to murder you, only to have that bitch (Athena) murder you in cold blood. May the Cylon God watch over her eternal soul. I will continue to hate Athena until the end of time for what she did!

R.I.P. Natalie You Kicked Some Serious Ass!!!!

Natalie's Short But Sweet Return

It's been a while since my last post. Been really busy with the end of school.

I know this is a little late considering what happened on "Guess What's Coming To Dinner" but... Natalie is alive!!...

and then dumb ass Athena had to go and shoot her. I really did love Athena too, she was one of my favorite characters but this season she's changed. I don't know if it's completely because of these visions or if all of this erratic behavior is possibly leading to something big the writers have planned for her but she's really been pissing me off. Natalie has long brownish hair not bleach blonde short hair and it was obviously Caprica 6 in the visions not Natalie but Athena still pulled the trigger on her and put everything at stake. I thought we established that it was Cap 6 anyway in Crossroads Part 2 with the meeting in the cell between Roslin, Athena, and her?
Anyway here's to hoping Natalie can pull through this one just like she survived that bastard Cavel's surprise attack. She's pretty damn tough, it's a possibility besides it's Battlestar Galactica anything can happen.

Personality Quiz-Who Knew?

Join the Fight and take the Battlestar Galactica Personality Quiz! jointhefight.scifi.com
Everyone should have a significant other as loyal and devoted as you. Even though you were born to be a star and shine in the limelight, you remember that the people around you are just as important as you are. Your first instinct is to take care of the people in your life, whether it's your family, your team, your unit, or your friends. Some might call you a natural leader.
In fact, you're almost too good to be true. Hard-working but not obsessive; thoughtful but not wallowing in angst; open-minded but also practical, principled but still pragmatic.
Where things start to go wrong for you, probably, is that you'retoo nice. People take you for granted, play on your sympathies, or manipulate you by tapping in to your love of being the center of attention. You need to stop being other people's punching bag and start looking out for Number Frakking One once in a while.

Cally and Natalie

You know when a character as hated and annoying as Cally Tyrol is killed and it leaves you feeling empty and depressed, the Battlestar Galactica crew is doing some of their most amazing storytelling. I've been a hater of Cally since the beginning, as I'm sure many are, but this whole episode felt very dark and disturbing to me and Cally's death left me feeling nothing but remorse which wasn't the reaction I was expecting. This was of course in part to Nicki Klyne's amazing performance in the episode. I've never been a fan of her acting but she really pulled it off in this episode and I actually felt sympathy for her. It was an amzing episode and my new favorite character seems to have already joined the almighty in the sky, or not according to Cavel... that bastard. Natalie was short-lived but both interesting and intriguing. All I can say is hopefully this isn't farwell to the Six who won my heart on her first appearance. I pray we see you again, a cylon Civil War just doesn't seem as interesting without you around. *tear*
